I had the opportunity to show work internationally at the Basel Art Fair in Miami. Ironically, these images were created in total isolation during the height of the COVID-19 quarantine. Born from psychological frustration, the series explores imagined bodily forms—figures meant to unsettle, as if the skin itself were being torn away. Friends modeled for me in various poses, which I then manipulated into singular, hybrid organisms. (See the Gallery below)
