Sony Vote Campaign (2020)

Sony Music contacted Sid Lee to design both Social and OOH Campaigns to encourage fans to get involved in the upcoming 2020 election. This project came to us in the midst of the protests against police brutality in the summer of 2020. This design process was one of the most rigorous and important of my career and I was honored to work on it. I felt like the designs should have a make-shift quality to it as if it had been made by a grassroots movement. I also wanted to borrow the visual language of hip-hop aesthetics to appeal to a music fan base.
